That is a nice piece of work you got there. I am impressed.
One question did you attach it using the existing hardware and mounting points?

Hey Kiwi that looks great...I did something similar to mine but I used some mesh for a bodykit I bought from Autobarn, some pinchweld around the mesh so it looks finished and some door weather stripping foam on the back to sit it off the rad and stop it damaging it.

Mine is somewhat flexible so it's held in place by the end tanks of the rad with 2 cable ties through the grille and around the factory oil tank mounts...it's solid, doesn't move and has been on the bike for about 1500k's...so far so good

The weather strip is a good idea Bamm Bamm. That would mean I could turn the rivets around.
Mine is pinched in place by the radiator ends as well, but I thought it would be safer to include the mounting brackets just to be sure.
I don't think I could trust cable ties for an extended period.

I think maybe I will do a version 2 and sell this one to finance a case of beer.

Well I reckon they look awesome!
Why not post up how to do it and the parts list - makes mine look so amateurish.
Geez - I would even replace mine with those
