Hi SD Fans! I know this has been a topic many times before and i have read many threads about this topic; however, I need to know i'm getting this correct! I have connected a trickle charger pigtail to my battery but i think i must have it wrong. I connected the pigtail ilet rings (both of them to my battery). Red Positive and Black Neg; however, i note in thread viewtopic.php?f=5&t=10574&p=119095&hilit=battery#p119095 , the red positive is connected and the Neg is connected to somewhere earthed on the frame of the bike? So my question is... Can you not have the Black Neg connected to the battery as well or does it have to be connected to somewhere earthed on the frame?????

I have mine attached directly to the negative On my battery, just make sure it's alson got a ground wire attached and it should be fine.
