Yeah I used a ... hmm.. special tool.. errm.. called ROPE.. to hang up my bike while I changed the old suspension for Hyperpro stuff

I put a small car sissor lift under the engine and lifted up the bike. BE SURE to get help while lifting the bike.
The rope I used was a bit elastic, like a rubber band, so I had to lift the bike up high, tie the rope as tight as I could, because when you remove the lift, the bike will drop a bit.
Use something that doesnt flex like a rope can do.. maybe a hook on both sides of passenger foot pegs, and then a metal chain to the roof or an engine jack-stand.

I just went ahead and did mine.. and doh, i needed some way to jack the machine up, so I just took some rope.. took some time to do it the right way and get it high enough

Now I'm confused.

I've looked in the KTM parts listing and there is no mention of this "Rope" you speak of.

Here you go.

I tried rope before I got this but beware - the bike is very heavy and the 'stretch' on the rope makes this a difficult way to do the rear shock.
