Just saw these. Ordered a set cause my brake foot is convince that the tip should stick out farther than it does.

Did my own today.
Sourced two 8mm wide aluminium spacers from friend who owns airprofork.com but if I had to find two 8mm-10mm spacers it could have been a hassle. Maybe not. Presuming the spacers cost $1 each locally at nuts & bolts or hardware shop.
This mod requires two bolts that are different in length. But I only needed to purchase one. You may want to purchase two depending on length/width of your spacers. Reason why below:
Took the oem shift lever bolt and used it for the brake lever + 8mm spacer. About 2 threads too long. Don't want to cut the oem bolt now (or ever) and may leave it if I'm too lazy to stop in and get the correct M6 x whatever length bolt. Applied a bit of loc-tite that wasn't the super duper strong compound.
The shift lever + 8mm spacer required ONE longer stainless steel bolt found at any hardware store. Cost me 50 cents. Little bit of loc-tite, again.
Much, much better control especially during hard acceleration when the front end comes down hard.
