I assume you have read the manual and are not being lazy... or perhaps a just little inexperienced.

1. Loosen the rear axle nut slightly.
2. Put the bike up on a paddock stand or similar.
3. Loosen the chain tensioners.
4. Take the rear wheel off as per the the user manual moving chain and disk brake to the the side.
5. Take wheel and sprocket off.
6. The sprocket is attached to a carrier mounted in rubber blocks. Jiggle it off - its not fixed in.
7. Hold the sprocket carefully in a vice or similar and use a good fitting socket and wrench to loosen the sprocket
bolts that have been exposed on the inside.
8. Fit new spocket and use Loctite on the threads.
9. Put it all back together to appropriate torque settings Making sure you slide the disk brake caliper into place properly.
There is a rectangular channel the caliper slides into. It is possible to not have this seated properly. You'll also need to
juggle the axel through while supporting the weight of the wheel.
10. Adjust the chain tension before clinching up the axel nut.
11. Spin the wheel to make sure everything ok.
12. PUMP the brake lever to make it is working. This is mainly a safety thing for the front wheel change but it doesn't hurt on the rear.

PS I'm intrigued. You've got a workshop full of tools

and you need help getting a sprocket off? You're the one that cut through the carbon duck bill aren't you?
PPS Ok I saw your photo. You are only young - all is forgiven. Get the old man to help and tell him the best reds are Australian!!!
