This is my attempt at a 'quick' changeover setup from single to duel seat.
The key was retaining the ORIGINAL undertray intact so the single seat can just go back on.
The trick was to make a rear light mounting that use's the options on bolts already there, in this case the bolts for the rear seat catch bracket. The LED light was the best i could do for an OEM look.
If i want to change over it takes 15mins to remove seat, side panels, light and footrest hangers. Place the original bobins for the single seat, catch bracket, and refit seat catch lever, plug the rear light on seat cowel in and away you go.

I'm not sure with the acro's on my original SD you could and certainly the SDR with single seat and acro's would not be great, but not that i am aware of. I have ensured the light is EU certified and is as good if not better than the OE light unit. Brake light is very bright and the inbuilt number plate light has made it a good mod.
