Hi all, i hope i'm not going to bore people with this but i'm starting to do my winter project. I'm doing what i can but at the same time want a top job done so a qualified KTM mechanic is giving me a hand to do the techy stuff
I'm removing the wheels and stripping them ready for powder coating and the swing arm is being done as well, also having the rear shock spring and the rear peg assembly. Putting pictures on just to show what i'm doing and if anyone else is like me it's interesting watchin the bike progress.
Look forward to the critism and praise alike

Just keeping you up to date, had the main bits removed tonight and being returned tomorrow ready for powder coatin
Having the sub frame done as well now but having the engine mounts and gear linkages done at a later date. As you can see from the photo's i've suspended mine from the ceiling and removing the engine mounts wouldn't do the oil tank much good being suspended so that is another job.
BUSHES NEXT!!!!!
keep you up to date on that one

nice I would get the chain adjusters done in orange as well. Think that would look pretty sweet against the black swingarm

Firstly can i thank everyone on here who has left a comment (good or bad cus without critisism we cannot improve)
Next can i thank the following companies, without their help and brilliant service i would of been fooked
www.triple-s.co.uk (powder coating)
www.ams4ktm.co.uk (technical support & parts)
First couple of pics are how the bike looked before and then the ones of it completed. Look forward to comments good or bad, but couldn't give a fook as i'm over the moon with the results
