Do I need new rearset or risers?

I have been riding our local kart tracks to learn techniques. These tracks are slow (60 - 120 km/h) and quite good for safe learning. My bike has stock rearset. During cornering gear lever is the first thing which touches ground. Is it because my wrong body position or do I need to rise rear footrests?

I'd say unless you have a really odd position for the gear lever you need to look at your body position.
