Ive done a fair few track days in my time but only a couple on the SD so heres my take on it -
At your weight you should be able to get `rider sag` set perfectly without messing around with new springs, all other settings as KTM sports settings apart from rear rebound which i leave as comfort settings (this was set for me by a very renown suspension expert here in UK - sounds crazy but works perfectly!)
Tyres for track days are personal choice but for the hotter months ive found no better than Pirelli Supercorsa SC1 compound front (32psi) and SC2 compound rear (30PSI). Never tried the Bridgestones so cannot comment. For cooler months ive used Pirelli diablo corsa 111`s with no problems and no slides, warm up fast and grip like glue with 2 warm up laps!
Rear sets - i have cycle control rear set adjusters from our man Ian right here at SD.net -

Along with after market footpegs and although i get through toe sliders like crazy ive never touched the actual foot pegs down (although i used to with no adjusters and standard rubber foot pegs!)
Side stand, lower front cowl and exhaust will touch down when on full lean (especially on Supercorsa`s) but its never alarmed me or even caused me a wobble! Alot of it comes down to riding style, hang off more and you can keep the bike more upright obviously giving more ground clearance, i dont tend to hang off too much and tend to lean the bike more = less ground clearence (and weighing 230lbs in full kit doesnt help either).
So there you go, for what its worth, my take!
