Pedrosa got a lap in when it was dryest. By the time Rossi got out conditions had changed.

We're not comparing apples with apples.

If Pedrosa's times were on a dry track and Rossi's not then it means nothing. I'd find it hard to believe he could be 11 secs off the pace in same conditions.

It did state that weather was a prime mover in the numbers.
Still he will only catch Jorge next year when and if it rains on race day so Rossi had best get busy going faster in the wet.
I want to see Dovi's and Ianone's numbers on the Ducati when practice starts. Something tells me that Hayden is in cruise mode and new blood may tell us more as to how bad the Ducati really is.
It will not surprize me to hear Rossi claim that the 2013 Ducati is soooo much better that what the bologni heads gave him last year.
Here's one for you, Crutchlow will best Rossi more times than not next year. Including in the rain.
If Crutchlow can stay on the machine and focus all the way to the checkered flag, Rossi will end up handing Cal the keys to the blue and white bike.
