Hey I thought you all might like to read the AMCN shoot out - given a lot of you don't get this mag in your neighbourhood. It was the big 4 Jap bikes plus the 1098 RC8 and F41000 312...

The RC8 didn't do so well which was a surprise after most magazine have given it a very positive first up review.

Out of 7 they gave it 7th on the track and 7th on the road and the main complaint seemed to be that it felt underpowered - even though it topped the 1098 on the dyno and was 3rd highest of all the bikes for torque? On the stats pages it was also lighter than the MV GSXR R1 and ZX10R... All good news but a last place overall ?
