As some of you have read I was having some problems with this dealer.
I had my first service and asked them to remap for my motobox and my FMF slip on's.
When I got it back it felt like it had less power than before. It felt rich. They put the map for the full akra race exhaust.
I don't have that.The correct map is the US akra slip on or the eu slip on.I took my bike to Thousand Oaks KTM in Calif.
I was on vacation to ride there.They put the correct map in .They had me bring it back before I left for home in Az.
They pluged it in the computer and told me when I get home to let it idle for 15 minutes so it could adapt to AZ.
Now it runs perfect.I called the dealer in Vegas.
As you know at first they said there was only one map period.pound sand.
After a few emails to KTM and help from T.O. KTM (Jef Harriot) They gave me my refund for the money I had to spend in Calif.
So I have to say They did a great job on everything but the map.They are a new dealer so I will chalk it up to that.
I got my money back and that is all I wanted.They did the right thing so I have to give them that.
Since I blasted them I thought I should let people know they stepped up and sent me a check for the $90.00 I spent in Calif.
So I am good with them.I only had a problem with one guy there.We spoke for a few minutes and I think we are good now.
The rep for KTM was a great help as well.So all is good.There was a happy ending.
I love my Duke with all the mods it was a joy to ride in Calif. The weather the canyons were perfect. The Duke makes me a better rider it does what I ask it to do.I can not believe how fast I can go on this bike with such little effort.
I know now why we love them. This bike takes me to a place that I wish I could never leave.

Good to hear you got satisfaction. And good on you for stepping up and telling the followup to your original post. Not too many would have done that.
