I called that guy countless times and also left voicemails regarding my warped SDR Akra header with no luck. The dealer apparently did speak with him and his reply was "it is what it is".
KTM's warranty service sucks. Hope you have better luck than I did.

I hate to say it but I had the same experience with the same guy. I sent KTM a letter (3 times in a row). That guy finally called me and left a message. I called him several times over a few weeks and finally got a call back, but given how helpful he was I would have felt better if they just ignored me. Too bad as the bikes are great.
