To all my fellow riders in NYC area, which dealer do you use? I'm currently using Gold Coast Motorsport in New Hyde Park Long Island, AND THEY ARE TERRIBLE. They have had my bike for almost three weeks now and still can't complete my service. All sorts of excuses. I have never seen anything like this, so I am desperately looking for a KTM dealer in the area. If you guys have anyone good you use, please let me know.

Also interested in this as Goldcoast never impressed me any time I was there.

I tried Gold Coast as well. Shit service and crap service.

I now use Stphen Saucier at European Cycle Services: . Excellent, extremely knowledgable guy. Will do pick ups from the city. He's serviced, and dyno'd my bike and I've sent a few, very satisfied people his way.

Just saw this thread. I have been using Hanover powersports in NJ (http://www.hanoverpowersports.com) for the past 6 years. First on my Adventure and now on the Duke. They have always treated me fairly and completed any work super fast. Scott is a certified LC8 technician and Keith who runs the department is a great guy.

I also had a really good experience at European Cycle Services where they dyno'd and tuned the bike (to second Nuri).
