I just to let people know.A very good friend of over 30 years was hired at Santa Monica KTM.He started last week.He is the manager of the service dept.He has replaced several techs.He hired several new ones.He knows about the bad rep they have.I spoke to him this morning about it.All I can say is Hugo knows his stuff.Not so much with KTM.But he has hired guys that do.He will do a good job or he says heads will roll.So if you are looking for a KTM shop in that area stop by.He has told me the owners really want to get their rep back as a great shop.In fact he said they have several KTM's in right now for service.Trust me I know how hard it is finding a good dealer.I just sold my aprilia took it to 3 shops for the same problem.All no longer have the line and were terrible dealers.Hugo says to tell you guys to give the shop another shot.If you have any problems ask for him.He wants your business and will do what it takes to keep it.Let me know how he is doing. If does not treat you right I will personally kick his ass!He is a great friend that I trust.I know he will do his best.They are committed to giving great cust service.For sure guys give them a shot and let me know. This way I can pass the info direct to him.I want names if you think someone did you wrong.We want to weed out the bad guys and make sure the good ones get credit for doing a good job.
