Has anybody else used this site before? I placed an order with them a few weeks ago that went through perfectly so I figured I would repeat the service again. This time my credit card showed as "declined" despite the funds being available and I found that they had charged my card 3x for the order. I tried calling repeatedly over a couple of days and sent emails, non of which have been answered. I have cancelled the charges on the card, but I'd like to figure out what the deal is. They have great prices on everything and unlike CheapCycleParts can actually get the KTM hardparts lineup which saves on shipping from multiple places.

Been ordering from them for literally years - never had a problem. I will order from them again - unless I learn that I shouldn't for some reason.

You do know that they are open only until 3 PM B.C. (Pacific) Time, right? Not open on Sundays either. So - "... calling repeatedly over a couple of days and sent emails ...", not knowing when they occurred or to who they were addressed, I can't help you.

Re. cheapcycleparts.com: They can get OE KTM parts as well, so I don't know what issues you're having with these vendors - but they seem unusual ... I have successfully ordered from CheapCycleParts also - but due to better pricing, I usually go to powersportswarehouse.com.

Worth noting - some shops close occasionally. Not all are mega-mall 24/7 places. They might close over certain holidays, or in this case, "Spring Break" maybe (?).

I tried calling monday, tuesday, and wednesday last week between 10am-2pm PST, and today at the same times. Tried both listed extensions, emails to sales went un-answered. I will likely shop there again but wanted to confirm that the issue was unusual. Maybe a technical glitch, but the lack of response from the company is a bit of a hit in my books. The idea of being closed over spring break is possible, but I didn't see any indication of that. Anyways I will keep them in mind in the future.

I placed my order through CheapCycleParts for now, the problem with them isn't getting generic parts (just ordered a few fairings, front sprocket, bolts, euro headlight etc). They do not sell powerparts line equipment, confirmed with a quick phonecall. So I could not order the supersprox rear sprocket, touring screen, and other items through them. Overall though great store to deal with and excellent customer support I just had to go elsewhere for those few extra bits.
