I did look for his original post this morn but couldn't find it. 2 threads is enough no matter how bad the service

From what I've read from the link the only negative was some scratches...
Bad, but not the mother of all evil

some scraches: It started on my 690 duke, he scrached up the tank, then he changed the rear tyre not knowing his equipment can't handle powder coated rims. The rim was scratched all the way around. Each time they handed the bike back to me "without a word" that they wrecked some thing. Nice isn't it.
On my 990 Duke:
My parked 990SD was pushed over by a car backing up. So Insurance paid for the repairs Z-Racing was to do.
They changed the frame on my SD, the frame came with extra engravings of the vin #, KTM fooked up but no problem for them they installed the frame anyway, gouge a good scrach into the engine cover, did not replace bend bolts because he ordered the wrong bolts, he figured I will not notice. Some of the bolts where mixed up meaning he didn't remember which bolt goes where. Also a OM hose clib was replaced with a (home depot) hose clamp which will not seal proper, Oil leaked from that hose till I changed it back to the OM clip my self. All of this was left for me to discover they did not have the balls to come forward. I went back 3x to get this somewhat resolved.
Talking to Mark was very difficult at the time, his son was sick. So I did not get me a lawyer like I should have to get my Insurance repair done right. I felt sorry for the guy. And I decided only to bitch about it and make others aware of what can happen at Z-Racing.
Z-Racing also did the 9000 mile service at the time. But nice folk's as they are they left the spark plugs loose as it was discovered at the 18000 mile service at Eric's.
The safety of a Motorcycle and the rider depends on the quality work of the mechanic, I lost my trust into Z-Racing.
Going to Z-Racing is like playing the lottery it can be a winner or not.
Not much was done by Z-Racing to make things right and for that they suck.
So be Warned!

I bought a 625SM from Z-Racing ( before my SD Days ). They screwed up everything they touched. The people at the motor vehicle department could not read anything that the owner of Z-Racing wrote on the paper work, so I ended up going to DMV to registration and license the bike myself. Their excuse was " We don't sell many street bikes" . I said okay, people make mistakes, and returned to have my first service. That was my mistake ! When I went to pick up they said they had to drain my tank but did not refill it because they didn't have any gas in the shop. So I pulled out of the driveway and headed for the nearest gas station . As I motored down the road the traffic signal changed to red and I applied the front brake, nothing !! The lever was hard but the bike barely slowed. After sliding through the red on the rear brake and pissing myself I found the front brake rotor covered in that thick silver chain-lube. I cleaned it as best as I could with gas from the tank and a paper towel. I returned to the shop( this is 10 minutes after paying and picking up the bike ) I told the tech ( I use the term "tech" loosely ) that there was over-spray on my brakes and he told me that he would look at it but, I would have to make an appointment. I left ! Two calls, three emails and a letter ( yes, I wrote a letter ) were ignored by the owner, so you can probably guess that I didn't buy my Superduke from Z-Racing.
