05 sd990 high idle after mods??

I've just replaced my airbox for some RamAir pods and removed the SAS and secondary flies.
All seem fine but the idle is stuck around 3k.
I've check throttle cable tension and there a bit of loose on both.
Running akro ti with no baffles.

Tune Ecu remapped to this hex:

KTM 990 SuperDuke 05-06 model years, Specs are, full Evo system, motobox, 2nd flies removed,
O2 eliminators fitted, with baffles . Tune created at HM Racing. 127.25 bhp

Does idle need adjusting after any or all of these mods?
Gonna try previous akro map to see if it's the same.

Any other suggestions?
Cheers

Surely using the basic smoothened akro map with mods I've got will make bike run lean?
I'll try reset adaption with map I've got loaded first.
Will try later today.

Did 15min reset and she seems to be ok now.
Idle on tunecu showing around 1350rpm.
Still seems a little bit hi but ill give it a ride and see how it settles.

For me, it always takes a few rides before idle settles after reset or similar.
