Hi Guys,
I just put a moto box on my 05 SD a few days ago & the bike seems not to be running too clever ??
I put SAS plates & the smaller flies in aswell..
the only Plus that I am noticing is that my Pipes are not back firing any more
any feed back or input please guys ?
I have bought O2 eliminators & will fit them & keep trying .. I will go over my installation again, but its pretty fool proof to install it..

Hi Top cat2.If you run the PCIII you must have the O2 senses disable other wise you will have the problems you are having.Take the bike to a Dyno Jet tuner(must be heaps in Sydney so do your home work and find the best, not the closest)and get an advanced( separate cylinders) tune with the O2 eliminates fitted. Before you go,remove the secondary TB butterflies and along with your motorbox you will be laughing in your helmet. If the tuner tells you, you can't do an advance tune on a PCIII,he knows shit so go somewhere else.Having said that, a standard dyno tune will be fine if money is a real issue. There are other things you can do to tune you bike.I will be at the eastern creek south circuit on the 19th of Nov so if you can, come and say hello and I will be clad to run over something's with you.Cheers

You didn't forget to plug the sensor back into the air box by any chance?
To untick anything in tuneecu you right click on the box first then left click to untick the box.

Am I reading that right? You loaded a tune via TuneECU and you're running a PCIII as well?

If you have turned of O2 in tuneECU you don't need eliminators.
