Hey guys.
Just having a bit of a problem with my SD. I just replaced the fuel filter and spark plugs, as it developed a hesitation while riding recently that got progressively worse the longer you rode. But since I got it back together I cant get it to start. Swings over fine and it will kick when I first hit the starter but wont get any more than that. So far as I can tell i have everything back together correctly.

Does the pump prime when you turn the key?
Sounds like a fuel problem to me. You might have to double check all is good there, that fuel filter cover might not have seated properly.
Is the quick connect in properly?

Yeh quick connect is in properly, fuel filter cover looked alright when i pulled it all back out, made sure the wires were in the correct spots as well.

Spray some flammable fluid (contact cleaner, starter fluid, etc.,) into the intake and see if it fires a little, at least you'll find out if it's a fuel supply issue. Maybe someone with a little experience can chime in here if that's a no, no or big problem trying that but that always seems to work on the singles as a test of fuel supply problems?
