Greetings all
Sure this has probably been covered before, so apologies before I start. SORRY
I have recently purchased an 06 990 superduke, and i'm planning a trip to le man moto gp next year.
I'm told the 07 onwards tank is bigger and will fit the 06 model duke, could someone please comfirm this
and if so is there much modding involved? i.e fuel pump/ rad shrouds etc?
Any help/advice/sarcasm greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance an I really sorry if this has already been covered.

I may be interested in purchasing your original 06 tank if
A it's balck and
B it's not scratched

Hi Superdan thank you for reply. That's just what I have been looking for. Sourced a tank off flebay for £300 bargain I think as ktm quoted me £1500 parp!
If I can ever stop riding the bike I will get tank swapped. Having to much fun on it at the moment.
Jody , unfortunately the original tank is orange and does have a few scratches, But will be for sale once I get round to swap over.
Thanks again.

£300 IS STILL EXPENSIVE, they go for £150-200 used, I picked mine up for £70 with a slight scratch.

But up to you.
