I've got the full Akro on and have the dealer factory ECU re-flash. I'll be installing a Motobox soon along with a PC5 and and wondering who has had a dyno tune done? How did the shop do this? The exhaust system only has 12mm bungs for the O2 sensors so unless the dyno shop has some adapters those are out. I've looked at the Dynojet site and it doesn't look like an AutoTune will work for this bike unless I have the 18mm bungs welded in place of the 12mm bungs and I really don't want to do that if it can be avoided. So when any of you have had this done or seen it done how did the shop do it? Did they just plug a sniffer in the rear can & then just adjust fueling for best hp/torque across the rev range?

Typically they just shove a wideband in the muffler

Search is your friend!

Almost all the members here who played with autotune or had it on the dyno had 18mm plugs welded in.
Rottweiler sells the adapters too to put the original O2 sensors back in if needed to sell it.

Don't get a dynotune done with sniffer in the exhaust, it allows to do only one map for both cylinders. Every cylinder needs it separate map to work properly.

So I have to ask......how is tuning a 2 cylinder motorcycle any different than tuning a car? Is the fueling that bad? Very rarely, unless it is a race car, do they do fueling by cylinder on a car. Do 4 cylinder bikes weld a bung to each tube?
