Okay, before I'm yelled at for not "searching" for this answer, I did...but I didn't feel like reading 24 pages of "search" replies. Literally 24 pages. That said...here goes MORE into the que.

Has anyone had the KTM Factory Akra download with only the Decat done? In other words, just replaced the mid pipe, then downloaded the Akrapovic map to their 1290 Super Duke? If so, how did it perform with this mod?

Please and Thank you.

I replaced the cat with a bodis link pipe and it ran pretty lame until I had the tech install the akra map and now It feels even more responsive than stock, in fact I won't be putting the 16t on now the difference in the first 3 gears is so pronounced. my sdr is a 2015 with a K&N filter added with the new map.
I paid $50 for the download.

I think I would have ordered the DNA filter instead of the K&N had I known about it, now i'm considering going with a rotty kit. You will get the low and mid band back with gusto after the map enjoy.
