They are still pretty new, so I haven't heard from anyone running them as of yet, but from the description, sounds like a technological upgrade over their current race tyres, BT-003. Are these the replacements? They run about $75 more than the 003's at $380 for the 120/180 setup..and $390 for 120/190. I've used the 003's in the past and liked them, I would give the R10's a go. Probably next season, when I can find some decent take off's.
