Fitting new bars today and decided to remove the clutch switch to give it a soak with switch cleaner and tweak the spring..........

First screw felt nothing, no force applied snapped off and fell out, very careful with the second screw........ Fook that one sheared off to.... clutch switch is off but both screws have sheared flush with the casting.......... Fooking M2 screws made from cheese, not even stainless steel.. piss poor design

TL rider Buy long, cut to fit..apply anti-seize, buy spares....

Edher....you can change your bars with out messing with the screws that TL broke. Re- read TL's post and get out a measuring stick to see how small 2mm is.

You can bypass the clutch switch quiet easily. I did mine a while ago as it was playing up. Have removed the switch from the master now to tidy things up.

Could stick it with some strong epoxy - would get you up and running - could then do a proper repair at a later date when you have screws.

Buy some spare twist drills and taps too. If you have spares most time you don't need them. Good luck...safety glasses....
