I have done 4 track days on these and about 4-500 road miles was realy impressed with grip and feed back but I hate the way the rear feels until warmed up plus the cost £270 does anyone have a comparison of them and say rosso corsas at £220, I dont want to go down the road of tyre warmers track days are just for fun

Do you mean the "D211"?
If so, that slippery, mushy squirm-until-warmed is inevitable with any brand's treaded (over here "D.O.T.") race-spec tyre. Pirelli, Michelin, Bridgestone equivalents all seem to exhibit this.
So you have two choices: Allow them to warm, or use warmers.
Like you, I'm not a fan of hassling with tyre warmers just for track days. I actually prefer having to warm the tyres a little gradually (2 laps typically, maybe 3 on colder days - which isn't too cold here ...), allows me time to get into "the groove", if you know what I mean.
And while they have the minimum road-legal amount of "tread" (siping), I don't street roll very often on DOT race tyres because of inability to maintain consistent heat in them to be effective.

Always a compromise with tyres depends what you want.
Just buy scrubs if you like em but not the price.

Up to you on the warmers mate, but I've found that it increases the life of the tyre as it reduces the amount of heat cycles. If you are concerned about longevity then I think warmers are a must, but each his own.

Best tyres evar! Warmers required for maximum effectiveness. Worth the cost as they last at least twice as long as any other race tyre out there.
If you are just a leisurely trackday rider the Pirelli Trackday Pro's are excellent and not nearly as dramatic without warmers. Wear is on par with the 211GP's and performance is very good. I raced and podiumed on them last year before switching to 211GP's.

I have used for 3-4 years on Track and then road (Soft front, endurance rear ) mostly without warmers......you need 1.5 laps ....but you must do big lean gentle throttle on exits and big throttle on straights ....and then they warm up very fast (you must start 21psi cold rear 30psi cold front)
check as soon as you finish first session and change to 25psi hot rear 33psi hot front.....and then leave them alone....just check now and again
D211 seem to give near max grip until the very end of there life (which for me is on the road)
I have used with warmers and it is better (mostly because you minimise cold tear.....which you will get if you abuse them comming out of bends until fully hot)
...You do not get that many D211 Scrubs.....with other tyres you do....and the previous owner has had the best out of them
The difference between a new D211 and most other new Race/ Track day tyre is minimal ......
The difference between an old D211 and most other old Race/ Track day tyre is HUGE
'One mans scrubs is another mans F*"ked tyre.......'
