For someone could look like a defeat, but after two years of battle against the puzzling behaviour of the idle of my SD 07 I'm a happy biker again!
The main problem was that my idle stepper motor kept moving while I was riding with the throttle open, so when I was closing the throttle the idle appeared higher than before (about 2.200 rpm), stopping the bike it slowly setted itself to the right range.
Obviously i tried to change almost everyting about throttle bodies and sensors with no results.
So I finally bought 2€ of electric heaters (8,2ohm x 5watt) to bypass the stepper motor and cheat the ECU! VICTORY!

That's all!
all that matters is that now I'm enjoying riding again!

Good fix but the reason why the stepper motor keeps moving is a temperature sensor. TPS could also be a reason. Also possible is a fault in the ecu but less likely.

Just to say you could have turned off the idle feature in tuneecu and no need for resistors.
