I'm trying to wire my Garmin Quest GPS, Gerbings heated Jacket/glove liners/iPhone charging to these
outlets but really don't know what I can expect.
I could wire the Gerbings in a pigtail hard to the battery, but what of the acc plug ins? Anyone have experience with hooking in with a USB type plug?
Any advice Thanks-

You basically need to look at load - as follows >
acc1 - 10amp - switched with ignition
acc2 - 10amp - non-switched eg always on
Both acc1 and acc2 can be found in the headlamp fairing.
I would have thought that the usb charger and the gps would be ok from these connectors - but you should check the power consumption.
Personally I wouldn't connect any heated gear to these connectors though - I would go direct to battery for this.
Down-side of this is that it's always on - unless you introduce a switch or a relay somewhere.
You could use acc1 to switch a relay to power everything but you would have to take a power cable down to the battery; but this would be cheap way of having a switched feed.
