Hi
For some reason I cant remove the front sprocket on the bike the nut and washer come off without too much difficulty. But the sprocket itself wont budge, I've tried using a slide hammer puller and heat aswellbut haven't even budged it any suggestions?

Slide hammer is a bad idea!
You've obviouosly got a large amount of corrosion due to road salt and the like. Soak the shit outta the shaft and sprocket interface...front and rear...with WD-40, liquid wrench or the like. Then, go buy or rent a gear puller from local friendly auto parts dealer. Gear puller is no impact so will not damage bearings inside engine cases. Excessive axial loading will damage races and balls! Especiallly of the impact variety.

I bent the shaft on a gear puller already and have used about half a can of wd40 so really not sure what to do next

Heat the sprocket with a hot air gun but without cooking anything else around it. Be gentle and watch out for rubber items like seals.
Use a piece of wood and a hammer to gently tap it loose after you got some heat in it. Tap it inwards on the outsides and forward backwards, don't try to get it off by hammering it outwards. Clean as much rust and crap of the splines before you start.

As a last resort you're gonna have to cut it off. Shouldn't have to come to that.
What kind of gear puller did you use...some Chinese POS?
