Ive got gas that is like 4 months old in my SDR. Whats the best way to drain it out?

Start it up, go for a ride.

4 month old fuel will be fine

But if you insist, raise tank at front, disconnect fuel line, put fuel line in a funnel/ cannister turn ignition on, as it primes it'll pump fuel out.

But seriously I wouldn't bother

I was told years ago that as fuel goes off it just makes the engine harder to start as the more volatile parts of the fuel evaparates, as long as it starts don't worry, you could always dumps some fresh fuel in on top, but as everyone says, just ride the damn thing!!!!

Thanks guys, I was a little worried about the months that have gone by and that being that the tank is plastic that the fuel may have lost some of its punch. It started up just fine but I didn't ride because of bad weather. Thanks again.

Put some treatment in it to help things along. Treat your next full tank too. The worst part is probably the stale gas on the paper fuel filter.
