I am having issues with the bike losing power under throttle. Some rides are worse than others, but it seems to be worse in warmer weather and after the bike has been running for more than 10-15 minutes. once the bike does start acting up, I can almost stall the bike by twisting the throttle and trying to accelerate. I can fix the issue and get a little more power back if I shut the bike off and restart while rolling but this only helps for 10-20 seconds then its back to power loss. I have had the bike into the dealer and they told me its bad fuel and the bike runs fine. I only run 94octane from a new fuel station so I know this is not the issue, plus the fact that it is intermitent. from what I can tell this has to be electrical like o2 sensors or some sensor malfunction but I am asking you guys because maybe you have run into this before.

It is hard to pin point these issues from a distance but I would guess the fuel filter dirty or the fuel pump.
The wait a few seconds and it goes gives it away, it allows fuel pressure and flow to build up and all seems fine till you accelerate hard and it starves again..
Check the how to tread to find out how to replace the filter.

Sounds like the same issue I had. I'm not sure I fixed it though as its only just getting warmer here.
Do you have a PC3? If so you may have gotten some moisture in the BGC. Some WD40 sprayed in those plus then some dielectric grease should elimintate that possibility.
Also check your ignition coils are fully seated. I hadnt pushed mine in enough. you shouldnt be able to flick them out by hand. If you reseat them there is a "click" for lack of a better description when you reloacte them.
I also found that one of my iginition coils rattled and hence wasnt firing as per normal. With a higher temp and RPMs the situation was worse not sure if yours is also linked to RPMs.
I've recently found via Tuneecu that my secondary motor is stuffed so that may have also been an issue. I'll be removing it this weekend if I can get to it.
Also run some ignition cleaner in your tank just in case its some dirty fuel thats clogged something up. Cant hurt at least!
