Dear List,
I am 6'3" or 190 cm tall and the previous owner installed KTM risers. I like the risers and I haven't ridden a superduke without them.
I will be doing a track day soon and I am wondering if I should try to take them off for the track day?
If YES.. can you point me to the parts (shorter bolts) I would need to buy to get it back to stock?? I didn't come with the original gear.
Cheers!

Dude - serious?
Its a personal thing really.
Didn't your SD come with the parts booklet? If not, here you go:
Can't tell what color yours is ... See page 4.
BTW - you can save the PDF to your computer for offline use.

Cheers for the links!! I don't think it came with a parts booklet. Saved, thanks.
As far as being serious I have read a lot about flat bars, the bends.. moving weight over the front end. It was just a question.

First track day (ever) ? If so, I wouldn't worry about it - unless we're talkin' "ape hangers" here - lol.

Don't think this a failed post. More weight over front end is benificial for spirited riding (track or road). More traction and front end feedback are the results. But as Nerd said, it is a personal preference thing.
Having said tha,t I think you'll be fine with what you've got considering you've signed up for C group. You're gonna be going way faster than you do on the street (right?) but not enough to where you will notice any adverse affects due to your bar position.
You're going to have a blast!
