Time spent is dependent on bike stand. Great time to swap fluids in your forks. Better get a half rack.

About to replace mine for second, maybe third, time but it's one of the jobs I prefer others, who know what they're doing and have done it before, to do - one hour max in that case.

well i ordered the bearing/races (... throttle cables, and Voltage regulator) but i think im gonna hold off till i get a set of seals, ill do the forks/fluids and the bearings at the same time.
man its expensive, the seal kit and fluid alone cost about $300.00
