bike does'nt seem to be going into choke mode, starting at around 1500 rpm and staying there, took the headlight unit off and checked the clutch switch and it is making a connection when switch is engaged, any Ideas

Throttle body rubbers not seated properly and/or split (have a set in my spares box)?
