I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who has helped me with my superduke 990 rebuild project. I'm sure I'll have a bunch more to ask and talk about in the future. I am happy to say the beast is alive. I have only ridden it a bit around the neighborhood but as soon as i get it licensed I'll get it out for a real ride!! I cant wait!!

Congratulations, it looks like you could use a front brake bleed job. That is to probably hold true for all fluids. I see many pieces on your bike that are knackered that I will be listing on eBay in the near future. It looks as if the front forks are a lighter color than the black i am use to seeing, is it just the lighting or are they more of a gunmetal color? I am also surprised to see a white spring on a black swingarmed SD. You are going to absolutely enjoy this ride. Good choice
