I have modified the rear fender and wanted to install led turn signals. When I hooked them up nothing happened so I got a universal led relay and they still don't work. Please help!

Simple stuff first, did you check the fuse?

Yes, fuse number 3 is good.

How about polarity?
LEDs have a positive and a negative lead.
Try reversing one.

A bit more info please? Do the front ones work or none at all?
If the front ones work and the back not and you already switched polarity it is most likely a bad negative. The negative for the back indicators is the same as the rear light and the wire could be loose or you damaged when you modified the rear guard.
