Fuse? Relay? Connector to loom? Electrical connectors to fuel pump right way round?

When you switch on, can you hear the pump priming?

Fuse is ok ,, dont know how to test the relay??? White plug to loon is 3 pin it only goes one way and is the only plug I know of ?? And there is 12v at the plug .... but dont know what the 3rd wire does and no voltage from it??

If, when you open the switch, you can read 12v on the pump wire leads......then it´s the pump...

if no voltage on the leads....then check the relay or fuse ( change them around to test ), maybe you moved something while doing the battery tango.....let us know after you test the leads going to the pump

EDIT : when you open the switch, does the instrument cluster turn on? are you shure the kill switch is not engaged?

ok so I made this little vid....try this...

using a Multimeter, set it on VDC, secure the Negative lead to a good grounding point on the SD

now disconect the fuel pump´s conector, and place the multimeter´s positive lead on the cable colored Black w/ blue stripe......open your switch....and you should be able to see 12v for about 2 seconds....if that´s correct, then re-conect the pumps conector and try again on the other side of the conector, on the RED cable....still see 12vdc? then all is good with the relay and fuse....and we got a problem on the pump side of things.....let us know...

EDIT : yeah, so I hit my finger with a hammer in the mornig....problem???
