I was pre-flighting the bike for a ride today and noticed some oil seep on the bottom of the bottom plate of the Motohooligan airbox;
Any ideas? I haven't opened up the airbox yet.
On a side note; funny how I used to ensure to fill up my tank after every fall ride, not knowing if it was my last of the season. Now, with the plastic tank and ethanol fuels, I try to keep only what I need in it.

Pretty normal....usually due to over oiling the K&N airfilrter or blow by from the crankcase breather tube.

I'd say nearly all of that is the crankcase breather. As soon as I routed mine into the catch tube/K&N breather it stopped.

There is either the more complicated setup that breathes the top of the engine through the Cam covers or a more basic setup. Read through this thread and both are explained.

Question to others with the MH box.
I now hear injector noise clearly, buzzing at around 3000rpm, is this normal??
I figure the stockairbox was muffling the noise and it is in fact normal, but I may as well ask the question.
