Due to my immense skill, I have managed to snap off one of the bolts that secures the outer clutch cover

I think there'll be enough of the bolt left to grab it with pliers and screw it out once the outer cover is removed. I am wondering:

1) Is the gasket for the outer clutch cover re-usable or do I need a new one?
2) How much oil and/or anything else is gonna come out if I take the cover off?
3) Is there anything else to consider here before I remove the cover?

1 - yes, if you're careful,
2 - assuming all internal seals OK, not a lot if you keep it on the side stand,
3 - other than fitting a slipper once the cover is off, no.
