Hello Guys,

Does anybody have any ideas?
I've a problem with the sdr 990 i bought(after fixing this viewtopic.php?f=5&t=26206)
When I start it cold it runs quite ok(haven't tryed it >4000rpm), only a little late throttle response.

When it runs like 1minute idle the problem start; if you don't hit the throttle it will idle normally but after a little hit on the gas it will be popping and killing itselfs. You hear the pops near the intake. When you hold the throttle when it is popping it will kills itself completly. I've not it is possible to let the engine run but it won't idle any more.

things i've checked:
-Timing
-spark plugs
-valve clearence
-false air leaks
-TPS
-error codes (none)
-BGC cleaned
-ignition module
-more things I couldn't remember

Maybe the manifold is broken....

Put the hand near the cylinder head and see if you can feel any gas leak.

Sometimes the weldings brokes by vibrations..... look mine
