These have been in my bike for the last 10,000 miles. From then til now I've ran the akro smoothed map and for the last 3k miles I've been running another members map.
Would you say by looking at these plugs I am running rich? There does seem a bit of carbon contamination.

Slightly rich it seems.
It also depends on the ride just before you take them out. Run hard, get home let cool down, remove, gives a different spark plug condition than doing 30 minutes of town stop and go before removing them.
What is the story with the centre electrode, one seems bigger diametre?! Or is it optical illusion on the picture?

Valve check is done and once I bent the feelers to fit everything went a lot smoother.
Glad to say @ 20,000 miles the intake and exhaust on the rear are in spec while the front right exhaust was reshimmed from 2.55 to 2.60 and the front left intake was reshimmed from 2.85 to 2.80, the others were in spec.
Also the plug with the most build up was in the front cylinder.
