just took the rear wheel out to replace tyre and noticed the axle is in from the right side with axle nut on left, its been like this since i got the bike, i fitted it back this way and then scanning through photos of other superdukes notice that its supposed to have the nut on right side, i plan to whip it back out and fit the other way but does it really matter?? i have noticed a couple of track bikes run with the axle nut to the left side, cheers

Whoa there hoss: Save that "whip it back out" part for those sites you subscribe at $19.95-a-month for.

Yes, yours is in opposite the way it came from the factory. Doesn't matter really. Some manufacturers put the nut on one side, some on the other, and and some on both sides depending on the model of bike.
