Removing secondary butterfly valves

Quick question:
I've removed the valves and servo. Do I need to unplug the other end of the TPS sensor at the white connectors or can I just leave it connected on the far end?. It's all zip tied inplace and it seems like it would be easiest to keep it all in place and tape teh sensor side up.

thoughts?

The tps on the rear cylinder is the only one that you want to remove. The front one is vital.dont forget to turn it off in Tuneecu and re flash the ecu.

Plug up the holes left behind by the removal of the shafts or your filters are worthless. And enjoy a much better bike

You can un plug the rear tps... Cleans it up nicely.. Disconnect the two white plugs on the right hand side of the bike and tape them up

So finished removing the secondary flies and now i'm getting one of two error codes depending on the following.

1. I first got teh P0223 Error Code - 2nd Throttle position sensor, high voltage or short circuit to battery

I then disconnected the secondary TPS sensor completely from the white connector on the far end of it's cable and then i receive the following error code:

p0222 - 2nd throttle position sensor low voltage (short to ground or open circuit)

I turned of 2nd throttle in Tuneecu, turned off SAS, turned off 02 Sensor (even tho i have eliminators).

Any ideas why i'm getting this error?

Like I said... Re flash the ecu after the change.
