The SD`s battery shit itself so I thought I would give one of the light weight Lithium batteries a run.
About a 1/3rd of the weight and 400CCA

I've had my Shorai in for over a year now and can't fault it. They get a bit of getting used to because they don't like the cold and appear flat at first but then the more you try to turn the engine over the stronger they get, it's the reverse of normal batteries. If you get this problem then just turn the bike on with main beam on and leave it for five minutes, then it will be stronger before you first try starting. Seems perverse but it works.
