To our valued customers,
We have a new base plate model available that has had many upgrades and are offering it to our previous customers for the average cost of shipping. We strive to make sure everyone has the best, highest quality parts from us available and due to some isolated strength issues with some previous models we have gone through great pains and expenses to bring our customers the new injection molded super tough base plate. See our email ad for more information and please follow the directions exactly to get your new one. We have had great success with these intakes and wish to continually excel in both quality and customer service and we thank all of our Rottweiler Intake System owners for their support!

These guy's should pay the shipping as well for a "defective" part in the first place,,,IMO,,,,

In this day and age I'm more than happy with the service from CPR!
Great effort and recommended product! Don't mind at all paying the postage.
Wish more companies were this customer focussed.

Grendel is of the same mind as Maddog. The initial run of the product was defective. So in order to get resolution you have to pay to get the good part delivered? hmmmmm.....

I thought I read that some were defective and a few were reported.
This offer goes out to all that own one. This is under the possibility that there is nothing wrong with it.
Getting a newer better faster product for the cost of shipping, when there may or not be anything wrong with the original seems a fair proposition.
You could wait and see and get free shipping. That seems like a big ole pain in the ass.
CPR can save your life for the cost of a postage stamp.

Grendel is just saying to pay for the remaining 2%. He does not advocate a wholesale replacement before the redesign.

As none customer looking in with interest.......I think the service that has been offered is well above what you would expect.....

Replacing even non defective parts to give the customers piece of mind...JUST for the cost of postage...fantastic

Replacing warranty parts and postage .. Fantastic

Come on guys.....99.9% of companys out there would wait untill unhappy customers were taking them to court before they did anything

They should be Applauded and held up as a great example ....you should be sending letters of recommendation ........not moaning about them on a public forum
