Comrades: Why is it that we don't have a Superduke Register? Would it be useful for tracking what is where? If so, perhaps we could just have a series of entries such as:

I own a 06 SD dynode, pod filters, pc 3 and leo vines, plus cut side panels.now sounds like a ducat on heat without the rattle, and rides like its on fire. sorry but not giving vin etc

Comrades: Yes I understand about the VIN. My thinking was that it identifies the bike. It would certainly be useful if purchasing a bike to be able to see it's history. It would certainly be useful if the bike has been stolen. Can it be used for bad purposes? Just because I can see a VIN does that mean that I could somehow register the bike illegally? How do other registers work? My understanding is that they list the engine and frame numbers. Glad to have input.
