SDR 2010 Stalls when running idle

Since recently my SDR 990 from 2010 is stalling when it's running idle.

15k service was done 3000km ago (incl sparkplugs), bike ran smoothly ever since. untill all of a sudden it started to stall when the bike runs idle at e.g. a traffic light or crossing. I have to keep the gas on just an extra milimeter not to let it stall. Bike runs fine furthermore through all rpm ranges, just idling is an issue.

When the engine is cold and started, it runs idle fine for a few minutes untill it's getting a bit warm, then it starts to stutter and soon stall. When started again, it sometimes runs for another 2 minutes before stalling, and sometimes it stalls almost immediately.

What i have done so far:
- Cleaned all of the connectors down at the battery area
- Cleaned BGC
- fitted new fuel filter set
- added some fuel additive to clean the tank and injection system

All of the above with no improvement of the situation. TuneEcu does not show any errors.
I took the bike to the dealer as well and they could not see any errors in their KTM systems either and advised to make an appointment so they could dig into it but said that it could be a difficult issue, it for sure wasn't something they seen before.

I've read some treads on the forum about the TPS (viewtopic.php?f=18&t=5731), but before i go that route i wanted to share the readings from my bike via TuneEcu, see screenshots below. The front TPS seems to be in range with 0,64v, right? The back TPS ranges from 1,01 to 1,07v when running idle. the tread i just mentioned talks about that it should be 1,0v, is that a hard limit or is 1,07 still in range?

Ignition on, bike not running:

Bike running:

The bike is quite standard with old skool akras and akra mapping. standard air filter box with K&N replacement airfilter.
So before i bring it back to the dealer and turn my wallet upside down, anyone any idea?

When you say there are no error codes showing............your screen shot is showing at least one which may be reason for stall.

that's probably since i had the airfilter topcover off when I made the screenshot.

While you have tune ECU connected up try throttle cable idle reset. It's an option in the test page. If you select this it will fully close the throttle butterfly's to 0 (if you have the airbox open or the left hand triangle access panel off, you can see the linkage move to the mechanical stop from it's predetermined idle position). Once it's fully closed from the test, switch the ignition off then adjust the throttle cable to get correct slack at twist grip. Then do 15 minute reset (start from cold without touching throttle, switch off after 15 mins but before 16 mins).

This should stabilise and reset the idle. I had the issue of stalling when cold once throttle was touched and then high idle when hot. During the 15 minute reset mine idled at +2k. Next start it went straight to 1600 and was steady.

Do you have a power commander fitted? I had a similar problem that was rectified by removing the power commander. Just needs remapping now though.
