Slipping clutch SD-R -08?

I bought a SD-R -08 last fall. I didnt have the opportunity to testdrive it properly because of snow (welcome to sweden). The bike came with warranty until august -15 since i bought it from a KTM dealer so i´m not lost yet.

Since the weather is now getting warmer i´m getting some miles on it. Sometimes it feels powerless for an second when i hit the throttle and then takes of with a twerk. The bike revs up and nothing really happens until the twerk comes. This problem is, at least i think it is, when it gets warm.

Although today i noticed that the side air box covers (the triangles) has holes in them. It´s some kind of foam replacement MWR filters. Can this cause the lack of power when hitting the throttle?

I can also feel that the clutch handle is gripping to far out?

Can bad oil cause this too?

The bike is a SD-R -08 with about 6700miles on it (PC5 mounted)

So you think that the clutch is bad and needs to be replaced?
