Quick question, I know in order to do a valve adjustment you need to remove the spark plugs and the spark plug shaft (black plastic housing). My question is, do the shafts just pull up and out or are they screwed in? Plus I'm assuming the spark plug ignition cap is just lifted off. All my other bikes have old the old school spark plug caps with sperate ignition.

Do you have the manual dude? You can download from the how to section!
When I did mine from memory I just took the cam cover off after I removed the plugs.
