I just got my bike all fitted back together after a rather violent crash. I hit so hard that one of the spokes in my front rim snapped completely through. Anyways i had everything repaired and put together however today i noticed some spider web cracks forming around the front of the tank near where the handlebars would have slapped it with the clutch side switch gear. I cant feel any physical cracks, the spot does not seem to be any weaker than any other spot on the tank when applying pressure, and there is no leaking anywhere. Ill upload a picture in a little bit. But from what i have described so far, should i be loooking for a replacement or maybe its only cosmetic?

i had the same thing with a windscreen, looks like it's dammaged between two layers or something. I think it's only cosmetic, but i'm affraid you'll find out when it's too late.

Those are fractures in the paint, where the tank has flexed but the brittle paint hasn't. Don't worry about it.
